KUWAIT CITY, March 14: More than five years after the closure of the Darwaza Al-Abdul Razzaq Intersection, Minister of Public Works Noura Al-Mishaan has breathed new life into the area with the announcement that work at this vital junction has resumed, reports Al-Qabas daily. By doing this, the Minister has emphasized the significance of Darwaza Al-Abdul Razzaq as a vital area.

During her visit to area, she declared the recommencement of work in adherence to the directives of the Council of Ministers. She further stated that repair works have already commenced to ensure the facility’s safety and enhance its longevity. Moreover, she unveiled a comprehensive plan aimed at road repairs and infrastructure modernization across the country. The Ministry of Works has entered into two contracts in the Capital Governorate and published 18 notices in the Official Gazette about road repairs, with 6 under the Roads Authority and 12 under the Ministry of Works, all aimed at preserving the integrity of the nation’s roads.
