KUWAIT CITY, Mar 13: The Minister of Health Sheikh Dr. Basil Al-Sabah stated that if anyone has symptoms of coronavirus among citizens who have arrived in from various countries including USA , Spain, UK and others which were not listed need to check back whom they have come in contact need to reduce their mixing and need to take precautionary measures.
In his tweet he further stated that "As per fatwa issued it stipulates that it is not permissible to go to Friday prayers in such cases and circumstances.”
