KUWAIT CITY, Nov 18: The MILSET Asia office, in collaboration with the General Directorate of Computer Technical Guidance, organized a specialized training course on the SPIKE Prime robotics kit for middle school computer teachers in Kuwait.

In a press release on Tuesday, MILSET Asia said the course was attended by 51 teachers from schools participating in the 20th annual Kuwait School Robotics Competition, scheduled for February 2026. The program aimed to enhance teachers’ skills in educational robotics and prepare them for active involvement in the competition.

The training covered a wide range of topics, including an introduction to the fundamentals of educational robotics, practical assembly of the robot, detailed explanations of the kit’s components, and hands-on application in robot programming and movement. Participants also received instruction on sensor usage and task execution using PID technology.

The office noted the teachers’ enthusiastic engagement throughout the course and their satisfaction with the new skills acquired, particularly in applying PID technology in practical scenarios. The training is expected to boost teachers’ confidence and readiness for the upcoming school robotics competition.
