Media ban on Kuwait's 28 terror cases

KUWAIT CITY, April 7: The State Security and Terrorism Crimes Court issued a decision banning the publication and circulation of stories related to the 28 State Security cases currently being heard by the court, reports Al-Seyassah daily. The decision was made during a session chaired by Judge Nasser Al-Badr, with Judges Omar Al-Mulaifi , Abdullah Al-Faleh, and Salem Al-Zayed as members, in accordance with the provisions of the new law establishing specialized courts to handle state security and terrorism cases.
