RIYADH, Sep 17: A video circulating on social media has drawn widespread attention after a pilgrim in Mecca confronted a taxi driver who allegedly threw orange peels onto the ground.

The video shows the taxi driver sitting inside his vehicle and eating an orange before throwing the remains onto the street. A nearby pilgrim reportedly picked up the discarded peels and handed them back to the driver, apparently reminding him not to litter in the holy city. When the taxi driver allegedly threw the orange peels onto the ground again, the pilgrim picked them up once more and threw them directly back into the taxi. The clip has since been widely shared on social media, with viewers highlighting the incident as a reminder of the importance of cleanliness, civic responsibility and respect for public spaces.
