KUWAIT CITY, Jan 25: The KIB STADIUM Show Jumping Championship kicks off today at nine in the morning on Marina Beach, featuring the participation of over 500 male and female riders. The day's competitions will cover heights ranging from 110 to 145 cm, with activities concluding at eleven in the morning on Monday. Tomorrow, rounds will take place at heights of 115, 125, 130-135, and 140-145 cm, offering a generous prize pool of 10 thousand dinars for the top winners.

Ahmed Al-Majed, the Executive Director of SAFEX, expressed, "The company organizes numerous sporting events, and today, we are gearing up for an international equestrian championship catering to both male and female riders." Al-Majed further detailed the upcoming international tournaments, with the first one commencing today and standing out for its significant participation and substantial prizes for the winners. Following this, a 3-star international tournament qualifying for the World Cup will be held two weeks later, followed by a third international two-star category tournament.

Heading the Kuwaiti international court is Neder Al-Mustafa, leading the refereeing committee alongside Ibtisam Al-Arouri and Lama Mustafa. The German-designed track by Andreas Stoeber will be supervised by referees Abdulaziz Al-Ajeel, Dr. Yahya Al-Hadban, and Badr Al-Haifi. Additional referees include Jawaher Bushehri, Shahad Awad, Alia Al-Hunaidi, Aisha bin Eidan, and Jassim Al-Khalfan.
