LOS ANGELES, March 13, (Agencies): Marin Hinkle and her former husband, Randall Sommer, have reached an agreement to finalize the terms of their divorce. On Monday, the ex-couple submitted an uncontested declaration of default and crafted a written document outlining the specifics of their separation.

In their joint statement, Hinkle and Sommer expressed their thoughtful decision to end their marriage, emphasizing their continued friendship, mutual respect, and love for each other and their teenage son, Ben.

While both parties have requested the court to reserve jurisdiction for potential future spousal or partner support, they have already come to a current agreement on the nature of this support. The written agreement also addresses the payment of their attorney fees, with the order being stipulated based on the mutual agreement outlined in the Stipulated Judgment of Dissolution of Marriage.
