KUWAIT CITY, Aug 9: The Ministry of Interior has announced the arrest of a resident who incited murder and sectarian strife, reports Al-Rai daily. In a statement regarding a video clip circulating in social media a resident who incited the killing through his personal account on a social networking site, the General Department of Relations and Security Media at the ministry clarified that the concerned security authorities, as soon as the video clip was monitored, arrested the suspect, and took necessary legal measures against him.
