Man accused of killing Kuwaiti citizen arrested

KUWAIT CITY, Feb 19 Personnel from the Directorate General of Criminal Investigation have arrested the suspect who is accused of stabbing to death a Kuwaiti, reports Al-Rai daily.

According to a report published by the daily earlier, the men were sitting together and were involved in an argument which later developed into the fatal incident. During interrogation the man has confessed to the crime and said he was involved in a fight with the victim when he was in the Diwaniya of the latter.

Both men then allegedly moved out of the Diwaniya and went to the courtyard where the suspect stabbed the victim and fl ed leaving him in a pool of blood. According to a security source, the suspect has been referred to the Public Prosecution to complete investigations into the murder
