KUWAIT CITY, Nov 28: The General Traffic Department has announced the temporary closure of the fast left lane and the middle lane on King Abdulaziz Bin Abdulrahman Al Saud Road (Fahaheel Road) for motorists traveling from Kuwait City toward Fahaheel. The closure will take effect at dawn on Friday, November 28, 2025, and will remain in place for 15 days.

According to the department, the affected section extends from the Al-Aqila and Fintas roundabout heading south toward Fahaheel. The lane closures are part of ongoing roadworks aimed at improving traffic flow and enhancing road safety in the area. Authorities have urged drivers to exercise caution, follow traffic signs, and use alternative lanes during the maintenance period to avoid congestion and ensure smooth traffic movement.
