KUWAIT CITY, Jan 10: Under the direct supervision of His Excellency the Director General of the Kuwait Fire Force, Lieutenant General Talal Mohammed Al-Romi, firefighting teams from the Al-Ahmadi, Fahaheel, Abdullah Port, Hazardous Materials, and Support centers—along with Kuwait Oil Company firefighting units—successfully brought a fire under control on Saturday afternoon.
The blaze erupted in several tanks containing highly flammable materials at an industrial site in the Al-Ahmadi Industrial Area. Fire crews responded swiftly and managed to contain the fire without any reports of serious injuries.
The Ministry of Interior, Medical Emergency Services, and the Ministry of Public Works also took part in securing the location, regulating traffic, and implementing all necessary precautionary measures to ensure public safety.
