Maid Vanishes After Allegedly Stealing Cash and Gold from Kuwaiti Employer

KUWAIT CITY, May 4: A retired Kuwaiti citizen has filed a complaint with the Farwaniya police, accusing his Asian domestic worker of theft. The man claims that while he was away from home, the maid broke into his locked bedroom and fled with an undisclosed amount of cash and valuable gold jewelry. The woman, employed for several months, has since disappeared. A formal theft case has been registered, and investigators are working to locate and apprehend the suspect.
