KUWAIT CITY, Aug 13: A young man in Mahboula spotted a huge commotion and, naturally, curiosity got the better of him. He stopped his car, jumped out and briskly ran toward the crowd to find out what was happening. But apparently, his running style looked a little too official — the crowd took one look at him and assumed cop was coming. Within seconds, everyone started running in the opposite direction!
