Madian Hawally …Isolation?

KUWAIT CITY, May 30: The Maidan Hawally area may have good luck compared to Hawally and Nugra which has been imposed complete isolation.
From the beginning of the Fourth Ring Road, and through adjacent Salmiya area (Souk Al-Salmiya), all the way to the borders of the Hawally area which was also toured by AlRai news media found that there were no manifestations indicating the possibility of isolation from tomorrow.
The area had no concrete barriers placed nor security checkpoints normal traffic flow was notices compared to the what was seen in isolated areas.
