LOS ANGELES, Nov 22, (Agencies): New music from Ludacris is on the horizon as the Grammy-winning rapper announced plans to release fresh tunes in 2024. Reflecting on his hiatus from album releases since Ludaversal in 2015, the 46-year-old artist shared his intention to share some music projects next year, emphasizing the importance of authenticity in the creative process.

“I don’t wanna fake, I don’t wanna stutter-step. I don’t wanna be like [André] 3000 and say, I got an album coming out. I don’t know,” Ludacris explained. While the new material is not yet finalized, he assured fans that there’s definitely music in the works for the coming year, though the format—whether it’s an EP or LP—is still to be determined.

Delving into the reason behind the eight-year gap in full-length album releases, Ludacris pointed to his busy schedule, including involvement in blockbuster movie projects like Fast & Furious and creative endeavors such as the Netflix project Karma’s World. Additionally, he mentioned his role in the Disney+ holiday film Dashing Through the Snow.
