Lovers caught in act; ‘Nowhere to run’

KUWAIT CITY, Oct 7: The Nugra police recently arrested an unidentified Egyptian youth and an Asian woman for immoral activities, reports Al-Rai daily. The daily added, the couple was caught making love behind a commercial complex in the area. Acting on information police rushed to the area and caught the couple red-handed making love inside a car.

Wife steals goods: A Kuwaiti has filed a complaint with the Waha Police Station accusing his GCC wife of stealing household items while he was outside the country, reports Al-Anba daily. The husband told police when he returned home he was shocked to see the door of the house ajar and everything missing.

‘Nowhere to run’ In their continuing campaign, security operatives from Ahmadi governorate aided by helicopter impounded 14 wanted vehicles at livestock pens in Wafra area after their owners tried in vain to hide them. An Interior Ministry press release said the operation was conducted in cooperation with Kuwait Municipality and the Public Authority for Agricultural Affairs and Fish Resources (PAAAFR) under the supervision of Ahmadi security chief Brigadier Abdullah Safah Al-Mulla, and it led to the discovery of 14 vehicles wanted for several traffic violations. Report added that vehicles bearing GCC registration numbers had been used in performing stunts on major roads, and others were without number plates. They were towed to the ministry garages. Initial investigation revealed that a livestock pen in Wafra area had been converted into a garage for the vehicles’ maintenance. In this context, the Public Relations and Security Media Department is appealing to all motorists to abide by traffic rules and regulations. It also called on the general public to notify the Operations Room of the Interior Ministry about related violations via hotline 112.
