Love Shawarmas in Ardiya? Here’s What Food Inspectors Found

KUWAIT CITY, Aug 26: The Public Authority for Food and Nutrition, represented by the Farwaniya Governorate Inspection Department’s Food Inspection Center, conducted an inspection campaign covering several food establishments in the Ardiya Industrial Area as part of its ongoing efforts to ensure compliance with food safety and public health regulations.

The inspection tour resulted in the issuance of seven violations involving various breaches, including failure to comply with health and general hygiene requirements, expired health licenses, violations related to the trading of food products, and employing workers without valid health certificates. The Authority said legal measures were taken against the violating establishments in accordance with applicable regulations.

The Public Authority for Food and Nutrition stressed that its inspection teams will continue carrying out regular supervisory campaigns across food establishments to ensure compliance with health and safety standards, protect consumers and safeguard food safety.
