Lost Your Passport in Kuwait? Expats Can Now Obtain Loss Certificate Through Sahel

KUWAIT CITY, Oct 22: Kuwait’s Ministry of Interior has introduced a new electronic service through the Sahel app, allowing expatriates to report lost passports and obtain a certificate of loss online.

The service, titled “Certificate of Loss of Passport,” is available under the security services section of the Sahel app.

According to the Ministry of Interior, the service enables residents to report the loss of their passports electronically and obtain an official certificate to submit to the relevant authorities.

The new service is aimed at simplifying procedures for expatriates and enabling them to complete the process digitally through the government’s unified electronic services application.
