Long-Term Road Closure, King Faisal Road Lanes Closed Towards Airport

KUWAIT CITY, Feb 16: The Ministry of Public Works, in coordination with the General Traffic Department, announced that the fast lane and middle lane on King Faisal Road heading towards the airport will be closed.

The closure will affect the stretch from the Fifth Ring Road intersection to the Ibrahim Al-Muzain Street intersection. Work is scheduled to begin at dawn on Tuesday, February 17, 2026, and is expected to continue until March 29, 2026.

Motorists are advised to follow alternative routes and exercise caution while traveling in the area.
