KUWAIT CITY, Dec 10: The Ministry of Health issued Circular No. 52/2025 regarding the mechanism for monitoring the smart fingerprint system in order to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to official working hours in all sectors of the ministry. The ministry explained in the circular that if an employee is unable to record attendance, presence, departure, or overtime due to a technical malfunction in the smart fingerprint system, they must follow these steps:
1. Immediately document the malfunction by taking a screenshot of their phone screen clearly showing the technical issue.
2. Send the screenshot directly via the Smart Attendance application using the following path - Home > Menu > Help Desk > Tickets > Create New Ticket > Upload and Send Document. The ministry clarified that there is no need to contact the relevant department if these steps are followed.
It stressed that the procedure aims to facilitate verification of malfunctions and address attendance recording issues without disrupting workflow
