KUWAIT CITY, March 15: A circular was issued by Directorate General of Civil Aviation stating that 15 countries have been linked with MUNA system which is specialized in verifying with laboratories outside Kuwait and ensuring the reliability of PCR certificates issued by them to ensure that they are not tampered or forged.
Following countries are included in the list: India, the Philippines, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Nepal, the Emirates, Turkey, Qatar, Oman, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Jordan, the United Kingdom, France, America.
The circular further stated that this system will be implemented and laboratories outside Kuwait will be linked according to a programmed time plan for all countries.
