KUWAIT CITY, Oct 22: The Ministry of Commerce and Industry has suspended the licenses of around 2,000 companies for failing to pay outstanding fees related to company amendment transactions. In suspension notices sent to single-person companies, the ministry said the suspensions could be lifted once the outstanding fees are paid and all required company-related procedures are completed. Most of the unpaid fees are linked to transactions involving the entry or withdrawal of a partner.
