Legal procedures against a person who insulted the flag of Kuwait

KUWAIT CITY, July 3: Sheikh Talal Al-Khaled, the First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior, has instructed the relevant departments within the Ministry of Interior to liaise with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in order to initiate the required legal actions against individuals who have insulted the flag of Kuwait. This comes in response to a video clip circulating on social media, where an individual from Egypt is seen disrespecting the Kuwaiti flag by placing it under his feet and setting it on fire.
