KUWAIT CITY, Nov 14, (Agencies): Representative Daoud Marafi has introduced a proposition advocating for the implementation of a just electronic system by the Civil Service Commission. This system aims to connect the performance evaluation of government agency employees with artificial intelligence and digital transformation techniques. The proposal suggests using these technologies to define the evaluation criteria and their respective weights, ensuring the utmost fairness, objectivity, and transparency in the assessment process.

Marafi justified his proposal by highlighting the potential disparities in the current employee performance evaluation mechanisms.
