KUWAIT CITY, Dec 26: The General Traffic Department has announced a partial closure of Al-Taawon Street, with one and a half lanes closed to traffic for vehicles coming from Jassim Al-Kharafi Road (Sixth Ring Road) and King Abdulaziz bin Abdulrahman Al Saud Road (Fahaheel Road) up to the intersection with Ali Thunayyan Al-Uthaina Street, in the direction of Al-Bidaa Roundabout.
The closure will be in effect from Saturday, December 27, 2025, through Wednesday, December 31, 2025, between 5:00 p.m. and 5:00 a.m., to allow for essential road maintenance works.
