KUWAIT CITY, Nov 3: The Administrative Chamber of the Court of Cassation has overturned the verdict of the Court of Appeal and rejected the lawsuit filed by a special needs citizen, and ruled again to cancel the negative decision issued by the Public Authority for Disability Affairs, considering his disability simple, and obligated it to classify him as someone with a permanent, severe disability, reports Al-Anba daily.
The appellant's representative, lawyer Abdul Rahman Al-Muqaddam, presented to the court documents proving that his client suffers from a severe and permanent disability, and requested that he be presented to the Forensic Medicine Department to determine his disability.
The Department's report was issued in his favor, which the court took into consideration and issued its verdict.
