KUWAIT CITY, Nov 4: In 12 separate cases, authorities apprehended 16 individuals with a substantial quantity of illicit substances totaling approximately 11,250 kilograms. These substances encompassed a variety of drugs, including crystal meth, Hashish, Chemical, and Marijuana. Additionally, the seized items included 2 kilograms of Lyrica powder, 3,200 psychotropic pills, 15 bottles of alcohol, marijuana seeds suitable for cultivation, as well as 4 unlicensed firearms and ammunition.
Upon interrogation, the suspects confessed that the seized items were indeed intended for trafficking and personal use. Consequently, both the individuals and the confiscated materials were handed over to the appropriate authorities to initiate the necessary legal proceedings.
