MACAU, Nov 23 (KUNA): Kuwaiti rider Fares Ramadan of the Kuwait Sea Sports Club secured second place overall in the Stock Rookie category of the 2025 Motosurf World Championship, which concluded its fifth and final round in Macau.

Ibrahim Ramadan, head of the Motor Sports Committee at the Kuwait Sea Sports Club for the 2025 championship, told KUNA on Sunday that the tournament was held under the authority of the Union Internationale Motonautique (UIM) and consisted of five rounds featuring top riders from around the world.

He explained that this year’s championship began in April, with the first round in the UAE, followed by rounds in Turkey, Italy, and Croatia, before concluding in Macau.

Fares Ramadan placed fifth in the final round, which started on November 20 in Macau, but his consistent performance across all stages secured him second place in the overall standings.
