Kuwait’s PACI Suspends Evening Visits, Requires Morning Appointments

KUWAIT CITY, March 23: The Public Authority for Civil Information (PACI) announced changes to its visitor reception procedures, effective Tuesday, March 24, 2026. Under the new schedule, evening visits will be suspended until further notice.

PACI said it will now receive visitors only during morning hours, from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Entry will be limited to those who have booked appointments in advance through the Meta platform or the Sahel application.

The authority also emphasized that it will not accept any in-person transactions that can be completed electronically, as part of ongoing efforts to streamline services and reduce crowding at service centers.
