Kuwait’s Mosques See Big Crowds for ‘Qiyam’ Prayers

KUWAIT CITY, March 9: Kuwaiti mosques welcomed large numbers of worshippers on Sunday evening for Qiyam prayers in a deeply spiritual atmosphere. The gatherings were held in compliance with directives from the Ministry of Islamic Affairs and with precautionary security measures in place to ensure safety amid the current circumstances in the country. Worshippers, including both citizens and residents, attended to observe the last ten nights of Ramadan by performing Qiyam prayers, reciting the Quran, and offering supplications.
