ABU DHABI, Feb 4: Kuwait Fencing Academy athlete Joud Al-Saeed claimed the bronze medal in the saber event at the 8th Arab Women’s Clubs Games, held in the UAE. This marked her first international appearance, making the achievement a remarkable debut in her fencing career.
Al-Saeed dedicated her victory to His Highness the Amir Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, His Highness the Crown Prince Sheikh Sabah Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah, the Kuwait Olympic Committee, the Kuwait Fencing Federation, and all those who supported her journey from the start.
Reflecting on the experience, Al-Saeed said competing at this Arab-level championship helped her hone her skills and gain valuable competitive experience. She expressed her commitment to continue training and achieve even greater success in upcoming tournaments.
