KUWAIT CITY, Feb 17: On behalf of the Government and people of Mexico, I extend my warmest congratulations and sincere best wishes to His Highness Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, Amir of the State of Kuwait, His Highness Sheikh Sabah Khalid Al-Hamad Al-Sabah, the Crown Prince, His Highness Sheikh Ahmad Abdullah Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah, Prime Minister, the Government and people of the State of Kuwait on the joyous occasion of the 65th Anniversary of Kuwait Independence and 35th Anniversary of the Liberation Day of the State of Kuwait.

These important national anniversaries stand as proud symbols of Kuwait’s sovereignty, resilience, and remarkable achievements.
