KUWAIT CITY, Nov 10: The Palestinian Red Crescent Society has announced the receipt of seven additional ambulances from the Kuwaiti people, delivered to the Gaza Strip through the Rafah land crossing in the southern part of the region. Raed Al-Nims, the association's media official in the Gaza Strip, conveyed in a statement to Kuwait News Agency that these seven vehicles demonstrate Kuwait's solidarity with the Palestinian people in the face of ongoing Israeli occupation aggression against Gaza.

This latest contribution brings the total number of ambulances from Kuwait to Gaza to 12 since the commencement of the aggression. These ambulances are equipped to efficiently handle the reception and transport of the wounded and injured.

Al-Nims expressed gratitude for the crucial role played by the State of Kuwait, its citizens, and various associations and solidarity campaigns in supporting the health and emergency sectors. He emphasized that this support enhances the emergency response system and aids in saving the lives of numerous injured and ill individuals.

He extended heartfelt thanks to the Emir, government, and people of Kuwait, highlighting Kuwait's unwavering support for the Palestinian people during challenging times. Al-Nims underlined Kuwait's continuous efforts to alleviate the suffering of the Palestinian population.

Al-Nims called for the continuous, round-the-clock opening of the Rafah land crossing to ensure uninterrupted receipt of aid. He emphasized the urgent need for substantial aid in the health and relief sectors due to the rising death toll and the increasing number of displaced individuals in shelter centers throughout the Gaza Strip.
