Kuwait’s Foreign Minister joins US Independence party

KUWAIT CITY, Oct 26: Kuwait’s Foreign Minister Sheikh Salem Abdullah Al- Jaber Al-Sabah attended a reception of Independence Day held at the American Embassy in Kuwait Tuesday. During a speech, Sheikh Salem expressed his sincere congratulations to the US leadership, government and people on this dear occasion, wishing everlasting progress and prosperity of the deep-rooted relations and strategic partnership between the two friendly countries.

Sheikh Salem commended the 61-year diplomatic ties between Kuwait and the US, and the 31-year relations of liberating Kuwait. He stressed the depth of these relations in all fields and on all levels in a growing way, which archives common interests of the two countries and their peoples. (KUNA)
