Kuwait’s First Deputy PM receives Lebanese Minister of Interior

KUWAIT CITY, June 27: First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior, Sheikh Fahad Yousef Saud Al-Sabah, received Lebanese Minister of Interior and Municipalities Ahmad Al-Hajjar upon his arrival at Kuwait International Airport for an official visit to the State of Kuwait. Sheikh Fahad Al-Yousef welcomed Minister Al-Hajjar and the accompanying delegation, wishing them a pleasant stay and a successful visit. He noted that the visit reflects the distinguished fraternal relations between Kuwait and Lebanon, as well as both countries’ commitment to strengthening cooperation and coordination across various fields, particularly in security. The visit will include a series of bilateral meetings and discussions aimed at enhancing security cooperation and exchanging expertise between the two sides, in a way that serves mutual interests and supports security and stability. The reception was attended by Undersecretary of the Ministry of Interior Major General Abdul Wahab Ahmed Al-Wuhaib and the Ambassador of Lebanon to Kuwait, Ghadi Khoury.
