KUWAIT CITY, April 18: The delegation of our national table tennis team for athletes with disabilities has arrived in the Jordanian capital, Amman, to compete in the 15th edition of the “National” International Table Tennis Championship, scheduled from April 18 to 23. The tournament will feature over 90 male and female players from 16 countries.

Led by Duaij Al-Hajri, the delegation includes Ahmed Al-Khalidi as an administrator, Abdul Rahim Ali as a coach, and players Awad Al-Harbi, Muhammad bin Jabal, Hassan Ibrahim, Ali Al-Sanea, Muhammad Al-Rashidi, Anfal Al-Dhafiri, and Badr Al-Nama.

Duaij Al-Hajri emphasized the team’s determination to secure multiple medals despite the anticipated tough competition. He stated, “This international participation marks the team’s debut this season, and we have meticulously prepared the players by organizing a local tournament during Ramadan, as well as conducting an internal training camp before departing for Jordan.” Additionally, he mentioned that the Kuwaiti table tennis team for athletes with disabilities will compete in an international tournament in Saudi Arabia next September.
