KUWAIT CITY, Feb 25: In a coordinated effort to strengthen oversight and public safety, the Public Authority for Agricultural Affairs and Fish Resources, in cooperation with the Ministry of Interior, Kuwait Municipality, the State Property Department, and the Public Authority for Manpower, carried out a joint field inspection at the Birds Market. The tour was conducted in the presence of PAAF Director General Engineer Salem Al-Hay as part of ongoing inter-agency cooperation to enhance regulatory compliance.

Officials said the inspection aimed to assess the current conditions at the market, identify key challenges and violations, and take necessary corrective measures. The initiative seeks to strengthen supervisory mechanisms, address shortcomings, and ensure the protection of public health and biosecurity standards.
