Kuwait’s Al-Mulla elected as IGF advisory board member

KUWAIT CITY, Nov. 6 : Kuwait Gymnastics Federation (KGF) announced on Saturday that Saqr Al-Mulla was elected as a member of the advisory board of International Gymnastics Federation (IGF) in the elections held in Turkey’s Antalya. The elections were held on the sidelines of the IGF general assembly and the advisory office’s meetings.

KGF President Fahad Al-Saula said in a press statement that Al-Mulla, who won the largest number of the votes, would be an addition to the game. Al-Mulla also has distinguished administrative skills that will enable him to make success in his mission, he added. Al-Saula commended efforts made by head of Kuwait Olympic Committee Sheikh Fahad Nasser Sabah Al-Sabah and Secretary Husein Al-Mosalem to back Al-Mulla in the elections in which Japan’s Morinari Watanabe will lead the IGF for a 3-year term.
