Kuwait’s Al-AbdulRazaq rules Aquabike World Championship

Kuwait’s Jet Ski Champion Yusuf Al-AbdulRazaq took the number one position in the UIM-ABP Aquabike World Championship ranking after winning first place out of 200 professional competitors for the first time in the history of Kuwait.

Al-AbdulRazaq expressed his jubilation over his biggest and unprecedented achievement in the recent ranking of the UIM-ABP Aquabike World Champion for water race.

He pointed out this title is greater than seven other titles he achieved in the professional level; adding this affirms the status of Kuwaiti sports, especially individual sports, in all levels, as well as the ability of the local sports sector to win big in various competitions.

He explained this historic achievement is the fruit of consolidated efforts exerted by those who preceded him and the accompanying team.  He also attributed the achievement to the support given by the government through the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Public Authority for Sports, as well as Kuwait Olympics Committee; let alone the sponsorship of Kuwait Finance House, Zain Telecommunications and Kawazaki Company.

He clinched the top position in Jet Ski Roundabout Grand Prix organized by Union Internationale Motonautique (UIM) — an international motorboat racing.  Only one round (the fifth) remains and it will be held in Sharjah City, United Arab Emirates in December.
