Kuwait’s Accreditation Authority Introduces WhatsApp Line to Handle Academic Inquiries

KUWAIT CITY, Mar 10: The National Bureau for Academic Accreditation and Quality Assurance of Education has launched a new WhatsApp communication channel called “Inquire” to receive and respond to public inquiries remotely, as part of efforts to ensure the continuity of services amid the current situation in the country.

Director General Dr. Jassim Al-Ali said the initiative comes within the Bureau’s emergency plans to enhance communication and provide information efficiently without requiring in-person visits. The service is designed to assist students, parents, and government and private entities seeking information about recommended academic programs and higher education institutions listed by the Bureau.

Those wishing to access the service can contact the “Inquire” WhatsApp channel at 22924016 or use the search platform available on the Bureau’s official website to review approved academic programs and institutions.

Al-Ali affirmed that the Bureau will continue expanding its digital services and communication channels to meet current requirements and improve institutional efficiency, while wishing continued security, safety, and stability for Kuwait.
