Kuwaitis fighting in mall – Many held

KUWAIT CITY, May 20: Acting on information police rushed to one of the famous markets in the capital province and took into custody some Kuwaitis for fighting in public, reports Al-Rai daily.

In another incident, the Ahmadi police have arrested and handed over a Kuwait, who had been sentenced in absentia to three months imprisonment, to the Sentences Enforcement Department. He was caught in Fintas.

In yet another incident, the Jahra police have arrested an unidentified drunkard, seized from him half a bottle of booze and handed him over to the concerned authorities. And police are looking for an unidentified person for stealing the car of a Pakistani which the latter had kept in operation and gone to make some purchases. The theft occurred in Ahmadi.
