KUWAIT CITY, Dec 19: The Jahra detectives have put an end to the activities of four people – Kuwaitis, a citizen from an unidentified Gulf state and a bedoun – who specialized in armed robberies, breaking into campsites in the north of the country and also several other thefts, reports Al-Rai daily.

The daily added, the suspects are being interrogated to find out more about their activities. A security source told the daily the arrest came after Jahra police received a tip-off that some men in national clothes were robbing passersby north of the country and one of the informants gave police name and other details of one of the suspects, and after his arrest he admitted to the charge and gave police the names of his accomplices.
