KUWAIT CITY, June 18: The Kuwaiti youth national team delegation, led by Vice Chairman of the Kuwaiti Football Association Hayef Al-Mutairi, departed for Cairo to hold a preparatory camp, which includes a friendly match against Egypt ahead of the West Asian Championship scheduled from June 25 to July 5 in Taif, Saudi Arabia.

After the West Asian Championship, the team, Al-Azraq, will resume training in Kuwait before heading to Serbia on July 17 for an external camp, lasting until August 6, in preparation for the Asian Cup qualifiers.

Croatian coach Dario Pasic has called up 28 players.
