KUWAIT CITY, May 8: A total of 80 individuals wanted by law for financial and criminal cases including Kuwaiti women were arrested during security campaigns launched in the last few hours by officers from Public Security Sector.According to security sources, Acting Assistant Undersecretary for Public Security Affairs at Ministry of Interior Major General Ibrahim Al-Tarrah issued instructions to officers of the sector to patrol the areas around schools during day time as well as roads, and set up security checkpoints at night to arrest wanted individuals in all six governorates.The individuals arrested in the recent campaigns were referred to the concerned authorities for necessary legal action.The sources affirmed that such security campaigns will continue in all governorates to arrest violators of law, criminals and reckless drivers.By Munaif Nayef/ Meshal Al-Sanousi Al-Seyassah Staff and Agencies
