KUWAIT CITY, Oct 13: A Kuwaiti woman, born in 1990 was summoned by the investigator of the Rawdah Police Station for insulting a public official and threatening to harm him and hurling obscene words at him, reports Al-Anba daily.

According to a security source, a police officer working the Capital governorate traffic department saw the woman violating the traffic law because she was using a cell phone while driving on King Fahd Road opposite Rawdah. When he asked the driver for the driving licence and car registration, she insulted and verbally abused him.
