Kuwaiti woman files complaint against a Syrian for swindling – Forged graduation certificate not provided

KUWAIT CITY, March 30: A Kuwaiti woman has filed a complaint with the police accusing a Syrian man of swindling, reports Al-Rai daily. Surprisingly the suspect promised to help the victim get a forged graduation certificate from a high school in Lebanon within one month with she traveling to Beirut, got KD 2,000 from her and disappeared. The complainant provided police with details about the suspect.

A case has been registered and referred to competent for legal action. In the meantime police have also initiated action against the victim for attempting to get forged certificate at a time when the issue is the talk of the town.
