KUWAIT CITY, Oct 3: A case of insulting a public official and threatening to cause him harm has been filed against an unidentified Kuwaiti, reports Al- Anba daily. According to the case, a traffic policeman specifically working for the Directorate of Ahmadi Security stopped the Kuwaiti while driving in the Abu Halifa area and while checking his data discovered that the car the man was driving was wanted by the Abu Halifa Police Station. The policeman then asked the Kuwaiti to leave the car and the latter refused and instead threatened the man in uniform saying “I can get the address of your residence
