KUWAIT CITY, March 5: An unidentified Kuwaiti reportedly escaped from the Qairawan polyclinic after he was suspected of being infected with the coronavirus, reports Al-Rai daily quoting security sources.
The daily added, immediately after the man escaped the staff at the polyclinic contacted the Operations Room of the Ministry of Interior.
The man had allegedly arrived two days ago after holidaying in Thailand and had been ‘house’ quarantined. After he fell ill, he went to the Qairawan Health Center and the center referred him to the Jaber Hospital, but as soon as he heard the name of Jaber Hospital he fled prompting the employees to inform the authorities
