Kuwaiti stabs his neighbor

KUWAIT CITY, Oct 28: A unidentified Kuwaiti has been arrested by the police for stabbing his neighbor following a dispute over the parking place in front of their houses, reports Al-Rai daily. The daily added, the incident happened in Al-Qurain and the victim has been taken to the hospital.
