Kuwaiti singers return to scene – ‘Hala Feb’ preparations underway

KUWAIT CITY, Jan 17: As part of the new season of ‘Hala February’ concerts coinciding with the celebration of the Liberation and National days, Kuwaiti singers will return to the local concert scene such as Abdullah Rowaished who will be part of the second concert scheduled for Feb 7 along with Egyptian singer Shrien Abdulwahab, reports Al-Qabas daily.

Nabeel Shuail, who is known as ‘Singer of the Gulf’, and Saudi singer Rabeh Saqr will be part of the third concert slated for Feb 8, while Iraqi singer Majed Al-Mohandes and Lebanese singer Najwa Karam will perform in the fourth concert on Feb 14, Motref Al-Moterg and Syrian singer for the fifth concert on Feb 15, Emirati singer Hussain Al-Jasmi and Egyptian singer Angham Asala Nasri for the sixth concert, and Nawal Al-Kuwaittiya for the final concert on Feb 22 along with Saudi singer Abadi Al-Jawhar.

Noted Saudi singer Mohammad Abdu will launch the series of concerts for the festival on Feb 1. Rotana Audio Visual Company, in cooperation with Jaber Al-Ahmad Cultural Center, will hold these concerts on the national stage of the cultural center.
